Triumph Participates in 2019 National Volunteer Week

In recognition of National Volunteer Week 2019, Triumph Bank was thrilled to participate in service opportunities with two of our outstanding community partners! In the earlier part of the week, members of our team kicked things off by visiting our friends at Advance Memphis to serve lunch and talk with their Work Life class participants. Work Life is a 6-week, soft-skills training class that is designed by Advance Memphis to prepare men and women in local, low-income areas with the proper tools to gain employment.

A few days later, we stopped by Binghampton Christian Academy to visit and serve dinner to their residential students and their dorm parents. In addition to all of the great things that make them incredible, BCA is also the only school in the Memphis area with a residential program. On average, about 25% of their student body lives in the boys’ and girls’ dorms from Monday to Thursday during the school year.

The act of voluntarism is an essential piece to the Triumph culture, as our team combined for over 450 hours of service with our community partners in 2018. Triumph is proud to constantly grow our partnerships with the great teams at Advance Memphis and BCA, as they make such a positive impact in the city of Memphis!
