We are proud to announce the ninth-annual Friends of Franklin Parks’ (FOFP) “Raise the Roofs” event ‘with a twist’! The event will be held virtually in the early evening of Sunday, September 27th, to prioritize the safety of the participants, but keeps the fun! Attendees will begin with a drive-thru tour of the Park at Harlinsdale Farm, a 200-acre park located just north of downtown Franklin, Tennessee, and home to Tractor Supply Co. Arena. The historic park is a prime showcase of the development and renovations, such as walking and hiking trails and a dog park, coordinated by the FOFP through the generosity of multiple organizations. At the end of the tour, guests will pick up their picnic basket with meals from A. Marshall Hospitality to enjoy while engaging with the virtual watch party. The online gathering will begin at 6:30 p.m. via Facebook Live and FOFP’s YouTube Channel.
As if a scenic drive-thru and picnic-pick up were not enough, there’s more! On Sunday, September 13th, the Raise the Roofs’ Online Silent Auction will open and start accepting bids for this year’s selection of great items.
Triumph Bank initiated its relationship with the Friends of Franklin Parks in the Fall of 2019, with the addition of Tom Curl. From our Brentwood office, Tom serves as the SVP of Commercial Banking, bringing over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate banking to Triumph. One of Tom’s greatest passions is the advocacy for available greenspace, parks, and recreation. In 2018, Tom joined FOFP as a committee member and was later asked to join the Board of Directors, where he continues to serve today. Triumph Bank is so honored to be a gold sponsor for the “Raise the Roofs” event and proud to be involved with a strongly rooted organization like Friends of Franklin Parks.
