Last year, the Triumph Community Development Foundation committed to support to The Salvation Army of Memphis and the Mid-South’s summer program, Camp Hope. The six-week summer program provides a creative, active, and educational experience exclusively for the children participating in the residential programs at the Purdue Center of Hope.
This week, Triumph team members joined Camp Hope for two days of summer fun! On Tuesday afternoon, the team broke in some brand-new sports equipment and board games with the kids. Team members shared their roles at the bank and encouraged the kids to build on the individual strengths that could translate into a great career in the future. Wednesday morning, we were back for more action, and assisted the campers with arts and crafts, and topped off the visit with a surprise pizza party and ice cream sundae bar!
Camp Hope wraps up its summer program next Friday after several weeks of action-packed activities. Triumph Bank enthusiastically supports The Salvation Army of Memphis and the Mid-South’s commitment to emphasizing the importance of positivity and leadership in the lives of children and member of the Memphis community.
