On July 28th, several members of the Triumph team served our community partner, Advance Memphis, at their new warehouse at 575 Suzette Avenue. This was the second year in a row that Triumph has had a team work day at Advance Memphis, but the first in their new 10,000 square foot warehouse. Our team helped caulk and repaint the exterior of the warehouse, prime the interior walls for fresh paint, and stain a fence that protects the community garden. Everything was done in preparation for Advance Memphis’ upcoming fundraiser, Art for Jobs.
This year will be the first year that Art for Jobs has been held in the warehouse, and Advance Memphis is thrilled to be able to host this event in a venue that can accommodate a much larger crowd as well as showcase even more local artists than ever before. The proceeds from the event go towards funding the education and outreach programs that Advance Memphis offers, from soft skills job training to GED courses. We are so proud to be Van Gogh sponsors of this event, and are eager to return to serve Advance Memphis again.
