Meet our 2018 Q1 Employee of the Quarter, Universal Banker Kaylor Bright! Read on to learn how Kaylor’s outstanding contributions have helped Triumph grow this quarter.
Tell us a little bit about yourself.
KB: I was born and raised in Memphis and have loved living in the 901! I stayed here for college as well and obtained my degree in Marketing from the University of Memphis. I decided to continue my studies there and am currently pursuing my Master’s of Business Administration with a focus in Finance. I absolutely love spending time with my family. I have two sisters and two great parents who are always my cheerleaders! In my spare time, I love to be outside, especially on the lake in the summer! I also enjoy running whenever I have some extra time.
Describe your typical day at Triumph.
KB: As a Unviersal Banker, a typical day looks like taking deposits, cashing checks, helping with account maintenance, and just making sure customers are taken care of. Overall, just making sure that I am projecting a positive experience for our customers is a main focus of mine everyday.
What’s the best part of your job?
KB: I love the customer interaction. I love meeting people and catering to their needs on a personal level. Being able to get to know the frequent customers has been such a fun experience for me and is easily my favorite part of every day!
What do you enjoy most about working at Triumph?
KB: In the short time I have been at Triumph, I have learned so much and that is something I have really enjoyed. This was my first full-time position, and I could not have asked for a better company for that transition. I have learned such a great deal not only about banking, but also just about a professional setting. The fact that there is always something new for me to learn or become better at at Triumph is what I enjoy most. There is always opportunity at your fingertips here.
Here are a few reasons why Kaylor was named Employee of the Quarter:
“New in her role at the time, Kaylor maintained a positive can-do attitude helping the Nashville market get rolling with new account support. She never backed-down from a request, and she would always reply with eagerness to help. One day, we sent her a urgent request late in the afternoon for an AM meeting, so she arrived to work early the next day so our accounts would be opened before the client’s meeting. Kaylor’s attitude emulates the Triumph can-do culture, and in addition to creating a positive experience for our clients, she also facilitated a positive experience for our associates.”
“Kaylor has been a great help since I started at Triumph just a few weeks ago! She is my go-to person for anything and if she does not have the answer she knows the right person to contact. She has a positive attitude and wants to help out in any way that she can. I can speak for the Nashville market and say that she was a tremendous help in helping the Nashville team get started!”
Thanks for all that you’ve done to help Triumph grow, Kaylor! You’re amazing.
