Triumph had so many outstanding team members this quarter that we decided to select two Employees of the Quarter, so now we’d like to introduce you to another rockstar on our team, Senior Vice President of Deposit Administration, Paula Moody.
Tell us a little bit about yourself.
PM: I have four grown children and four grandchildren. I enjoy the outdoors and spending time with friends and family. I have been a member of the Memphis Banking industry since 1979, but in November of 2005 I was provided the opportunity of a lifetime – I had the privilege of becoming one of the original Triumph Bank employees.
Describe your typical day at Triumph.
PM: A typical day at Triumph is filled with deadlines, challenges, new products and projects. Days are very fast paced and provide opportunities to interact with co-workers and vendors. Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Compliance and Deposit Operations are an integral part of the bank. I have a great team that is willing to go above and beyond to assist our internal and external customers. Time is also spent reviewing the ever growing banking regulations environment and BSA requirements.
What’s the best part of your job?
PM: I get to do so many different things, and so no day is boring or repetitive. I work closely with both our own Triumph team and also with our customers, making sure their accounts are monitored closely for security and compliance and that any issues that may arise from our software providers are straightened out so that our customers have a pleasant and convenient banking experience.
What do you enjoy most about working at Triumph?
PM: Working for Triumph provides the opportunity to work with an incredible team and the ability to provide excellent service for our customers. It is with great pride to see how the bank has grown and prospered.
Here are a few reasons why Paula was named Employee of the Quarter:
“Paula deserves this award so much. Anytime I need extra assistance on anything to do with accounts, account opening, or anything beyond, she has a way to help and she has a positive attitude every single time. If she can’t help me with whatever I have brought to her, she sends me to someone who can. She is outstanding and it is honestly great working with her!”
Thank you for helping Triumph grow from the very beginning, Paula! We’re lucky to have you.
