Meet our Fourth Quarter 2017 Employee of the Quarter, Triumph Mortgage Closing Coordinator, Katherine Doyle! Read on to see the outstanding contributions Katherine has made to Triumph so far.
Tell us a little bit about yourself.
KD: I have lived in Collierville, Tennessee for over 25 years and in the Memphis area for most of my life. I love living and working here. I attended the University of Memphis back when it was called Memphis State. I was a member of the Memphis State Mighty Sound of the South Marching band 1976, 1977 and 1978. I played the clarinet, bass clarinet and recently learned to play the banjo. I am a Memphis Tigers fan and love all things Batman. I love old movies especially those starring John Wayne. I’ve been married for 38 years and have been blessed with a son, two daughters and five grandchildren. I attend Highpoint Church in Memphis and volunteer in the children’s ministries serving kids from kindergarten through 5th grade.
Describe your typical day at Triumph.
KD: My day typically begins checking emails and reviewing the closing dates of upcoming loans to set my priorities for the day. As a Closing Coordinator, my job is to work closely with the closing department to verify loan files containing all of the documentation required in order for a loan to close and verify that the documentation is complete, accurate and delivered on time. This includes contacting many people such as title companies, homeowner’s insurance agents, employers for income verification, loan officers and both internal and external customers to gather the information required to close a loan. Communication is key and much of my time is spent on the phone or replying to emails.
What do you enjoy most about working at Triumph?
KD: The best part of my job is the people I work with. I love working with people and helping others. My goal is to make everyone I speak to laugh or at least smile.
Here are a few reasons why Katherine was named Employee of the Quarter:

“Katherine is an awesome person and coworker. She always gives 100% to what she does and how she does it. I can’t say enough about her performance in Mortgage. She is a role model for Mortgage.”
