In continued support of our community partner, Advance Memphis, Triumph sponsored its largest annual fundraiser, Art for Jobs, on Thursday, September 16th. All proceeds raised from the event’s art sales go directly to support the programs at Advance Memphis which empower the residents of south Memphis to gain employment and financial self-sufficiency. This Sunday evening, members of the Triumph team ventured down to the Levitt Shell in Overton Square to listen to some music by the North Carolina folk band, Mipso, and enjoy spending time with each other outside of the office.
Our team and their families had the pleasure of enjoying a sunny summer evening full of barbecue, friendship, and good music on one of the Shell’s newly installed hospitality decks overlooking the stage. Football excitement is reaching a fever pitch in Memphis with the nationally televised game between the University of Memphis and Ole Miss this Saturday at the Liberty Bowl. Triumph Bank partnered with Sports 56 for a live broadcast of their lunchtime radio show on Thursday, October 15th with Greg Gaston, Eli Savoie and Harold Graeter, who provided their insights on the big game. Customers and fans of the show enjoyed some Central BBQ and had the chance to win some school paraphrenalia and 2 tickets to the game!

DETAILS: Triumph was pleased to celebrate the official Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting of its new state of the art retail deposit facility at 7550 West Farmington across from Saddlecreek. Germantown Mayor Mike Palazzolo and Vice Mayor Rocky Janda, along with the Germantown Chamber of Commerce helped the Triumph Board and Executive Team cut the ribbon. Board Chairman, Hilliard Crews, and President and CEO, Will Chase, updated shareholders on Triumph’s 2014 annual financial results and shared updates and growth goals for 2015 and beyond. Mr. Crews recognized David Perdue and Dr. Tom Stovall for their years of service as founding Board Members upon their retirement from the Board. Mr. Chase also presented Mr. Crews with a framed article recognizing his recent selection as Master Entrepreneur by the Society of Entrepreneurs.

Board Chairman, Hilliard Crews, and President and CEO, Will Chase, updated the shareholders on Triumph’s 2013 annual financial results and shared growth goals for 2014 and beyond. Mr. Crews recognized Steve Dunavant for his years of services as a founding Board Member upon his retirement from the Board. Walter Perry, Tennessee Director of the Small Business Administration, presented the bank with the SBA Lender of the Year Award for the 2013 Tennessee Community Bank of the Year award for funding over $8.2 Million in small business loans in 2013.
