TRIUMPH ADDS MOBILE BANKING SERVICES, ONLINE BANKING IMPROVEMENTS
Trends and the advent of SmartPhones continue to point to banking online likely becoming more the norm than ever before. In keeping with this ever-growing need, Triumph has added several new services and features to give customers a richer, more user-friendly Online Banking experience.
Triumph’s three new mobile services provide online account access for any mobile phone, with the option to select one or all three services. Currently, Triumph’s Mobile Banking services are only available for Personal Online Banking.
Triumph’s Downloadable Mobile App is available for iPhone, Blackberry, Android, and many other Java phones. Customers can download this App like any other and have full Online Banking capabilities including account details, bill payment and funds transfer. Triumph’s Mobile Browser also provides full account access for any web-enabled phone on Triumph’s Mobile Site, with a look and feel similar to PC-Based Online Banking. A third service, Text Messaging, allows any SMS-enabled phone to receive texts for account balance and transaction history.
“Adding Mobile Banking was only a matter of time, but like everything else we do, we wanted to do it the right way,” said Triumph President and CEO, Will Chase. “It was important to put the proper attention to this in order to ensure the utmost security and efficiency.”
Online Banking Improvements
Business Banking customers can now log in directly to their account from Triumph’s website home page. Previously this was required on a separate page. “Our Business Banking customers asked us to change this feature for more convenience. We heard them loud and clear, and took steps to make sure this happened,” Chase said. He added, “At the same time, we decided to enrich our Personal Online Banking experience. Now, when customers log in they will see an improved look, but also an easier way to navigate and view accounts and online services.”
